Taylor Hoover is a 23-year-old business owner and retired college athlete. She played four years of softball at The University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown and now she lives in Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina running her own property management business. I found her story really intriguing because she went from living in the middle of Pennsylvania and play sports every day to living by the beach and doing something completely different than she ever anticipated. Her piece gives a little glimpse of her athletic background and why she chose softball over the other sports she played. She sustained three ACL injuries in her high school career which led her to a lot of the decisions she made regarding her athletics.
